The tour aims to visit the picturesque village of Cacela Velha, situated on a sandstone hill overlooking the Ria Formosa and the sea, offering one of the most breathtaking views of the eastern Algarve.
In the Ria Formosa, we will visit the salt pans, where you can observe the natural process of sea salt production and, with a little luck, spot some wild birds.
We believe that nature goes hand in hand with gastronomy, so we have added a meal to this experience, served at a local restaurant in Cabanas de Tavira, a village known for its fishing tradition.
