Moving on to Torre de Aires, known for its oyster beds and an ancient Roman tower, we then proceed to the village of Fuseta, primarily dedicated to fishing and tourism.
Olhão, the capital of Ria Formosa, is renowned for its municipal fish market, offering fresh seafood, and its distinctive cubist architecture. Finally, the tour concludes with a visit to the salt pans. Here, you will journey through time, learning about the techniques and the entire natural process involved in producing the ancient “white gold” – salt.
